It’s that time again! Bennington is hosting their annual PB & Jam Slam Food Drive from on March 1st-April 2nd (National PB&J day). Last year’s goal was to collect 1,000 jars, and Bennington not only hit that goal but almost doubled it by collecting 1,837 jars! Wow!

Because of the great success of last year, they are now holding the drive throughout all of Bennington County. This year’s goal has also been raised to 2,000 jars!

You can help reach this goal by donating peanut butter and/or jelly jars at the following locations:

• HIS Pantry
• BROC
• The Kitchen Cupboard
• Arlington Food Shelf
• Community Food Cupboard in Manchester
• (For Southern Vermont College students, there is a donation box across from The Cave in Hunter Hall)

Now, let’s get out there and beat that goal!
