Bennington County Sugarmakers will be hosting the annual Maple Sunday (weekend) from March 24th-25th. There will be several different saphouses open for activities, tours, and delicious FREE samples of maple goodies. This isn’t an event you will want to miss, so come out and enjoy this unique opportunity.

Hours: Visitor Center open 9AM to 4PM. Pancake Breakfast 10AM to 2PM Saturday and Sunday.

Activities: Wagon rides, tapping demonstrations, children’s scavenger hunt, and more. Pancake breakfast includes Merck Forest sausage and maple syrup, eggs, coffee, juice, and hot chocolate. Adults $10, children 4-12 $5, under 4 free.

Accessibility: 1/4 mile walk or wagon ride to the Sap House.

Directions: 12 miles north of Manchester on Route 30. Left at intersection of Route 30 and 315, north of Dorset. Approximately 3.5 miles to Merck access road. Look for the sign on the left at the top of the mountain.
