On Saturday night the Mountaineer Events Board (MEB) hosted a showing of the movie “Trainwreck” at 8:30pm. The movie,“Trainwreck”, received average reviews since its summer premiere.
Resident Director Shannon Schmutz attended the event along with a group of seniors and another group of sophomores. The few people who attended the event enjoyed the relaxing end to a Saturday evening.
The movie had the audience laughing hysterically while keeping them on the edge of their seat. The movie is funny and it is inevitable to laugh throughout it. “Trainwreck” also had a softer, emotional side which keeps the viewer questioning. All in all,“Trainwreck” is a good movie to gather a community together.
