As April rolls around the corner, I think we all know what’s coming: April Fools Day. Unlike other joyous holidays, April Fools is a day of plotting, scheming, cower, and some pleasant (or, rather, unpleasant) surprises. In the spirit of this day, I have decided to inspire fellow students with some classic and very creative April Fools pranks. While the day is coming close, it is never too late to put some flour in your roommate’s blow dryer.
10. Write your roommates their Hogwarts acceptance letters. While hand might get sore from the amount of cursive, this girl pulled it off and got a crazy response!
9. Put a small dab of food coloring on the center of your roommate’s toothbrush (if the color matches the toothbrush bristles, it works better). Imagine their reaction when they wake up to blue teeth!
8. Place a small handful of flour in the base of your roommate’s blow dryer. When they go to do their hair, it will be a site to see.
7. Put some plastic wrap over the toilet seat.
6. Place an air horn underneath the chair of your friend your teacher (responsibly). When they sit down, the noise will send them flying back up.
5. If they don’t have the right type of chair, you can also tape the air horn by the door handle in your suite!
4. Replace the fillings of your friend’s Oreos with something else: mayonnaise and toothpaste would do the trick. You can also do this with donuts!
3. This trick will bring the ninja out in your roommate. Just buy a bag of disposable cups, fill them with water, and spread them around the floor of your room.
