Christmas is quickly approaching, and decorating for the most wonderful time of the year is something many people enjoy doing! These DIY Christmas ornaments, made from scraps of fabric from your Christmas bows, will make an adorable ornament for your tree or a special gift for someone you love!

Supplies

• Fabric remnants
• Cinnamon sticks 6-inch/twigs
• Buttons/Wooden Star
• Glue gun
• Twine
• Scissors

Instructions

1. After gathering supplies, cut the fabric into 9-inch by .75-inch strips.
2. Tie the fabric scraps onto the cinnamon stick with a square knot (tie right over left, then left over right).
3. Use the scissors to snip off stray threads.
4. Cut the fabric scraps into the shape of a Christmas tree.
5. Use the hot glue gun to glue a button or wooden star to the top of the Christmas tree.
6. Last, glue a loop of twine to the back of the ornament.
